These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you", or "your") and 23naga, governing your access to and use of our online betting and gaming platform, including all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, place bets, or use any part of the Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. 23naga reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
The Services are intended for residents of Indonesia. If you are accessing the Platform from outside Indonesia, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. 23naga does not accept registrations or bets from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law. We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to the Platform based on your geographic location, as determined by IP address, payment method, or other technical means.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You represent that you are not subject to any legal incapacity or contractual restriction that would prevent you from agreeing to these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
To access the Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You may be required to verify your mobile number and email address as part of the registration process. You agree to keep your registration information accurate and up to date at all times.
Each user is permitted to hold only one account with 23naga. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false information are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, confiscate winnings, and forfeit any remaining balances. This restriction applies regardless of whether the multiple accounts were created intentionally or unintentionally.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not. 23naga will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
As required by anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and our internal security policies, all users must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawing funds. You will be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian national ID / KTP), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last 3 months), and a selfie holding your ID next to your face. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
You may deposit funds into your account using any of the supported payment methods, including Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is IDR 10,000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. All deposits must originate from an account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during Indonesian banking hours (08:00–16:00 WIB, Monday–Friday), though e-wallet withdrawals may process 24/7. The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 50,000. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
Funds obtained through bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and withdrawal restrictions as stated in the applicable bonus terms. You must wager bonus funds a specified number of times (typically 10× to 30× the bonus amount) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and associated winnings are restricted and cannot be withdrawn. If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
23naga does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose its own fees or currency conversion charges. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment processors.
23naga offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. These terms are clearly stated in the promotion description and must be reviewed before claiming any bonus. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all associated terms.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount) before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 10× to 30× the bonus amount. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute 10% to 50%. Specific contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposite bets (hedging), using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk strategies, or any other behavior intended to exploit promotions without genuine gaming activity, is strictly prohibited. 23naga reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse. All promotional offers are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
All bets are subject to acceptance by 23naga. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, technical error, odds manipulation, or violation of these Terms. Once a bet is confirmed and a unique transaction ID is issued, the bet is considered final and cannot be canceled or modified by you. However, we may void a bet if it was placed due to a technical error, incorrect odds display, or after the outcome of the event was already known.
All sports bets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If a match or event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets will be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within a specified timeframe (typically 48 hours). Specific betting rules for each sport (football, basketball, badminton, etc.) are available in our Betting Rules section. In the event of a dispute, the decision of 23naga, based on official sources, is final.
All casino games, including live dealer tables, slot machines, and togel draws, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live streaming from licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly. Any malfunction, software error, or technical issue voids all affected bets and payouts. If a technical error results in incorrect payouts, we reserve the right to correct the error and adjust your account balance accordingly.
23naga reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bets, games, or jackpots. These limits are clearly stated in the game rules or betting terms. In the event that a payout exceeds the stated maximum, the payout will be capped at the maximum amount, and any excess winnings will be forfeited.
23naga is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help you manage your gambling activity. We encourage you to gamble responsibly and only with money you can afford to lose. Gambling is intended as entertainment, not as a source of income. If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, we urge you to seek help immediately.
We offer a range of self-control tools, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-assessment quizzes. You can activate these tools at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for at least 24 hours (cooling-off period).
If you wish to take a break from gambling, you can request a self-exclusion period of 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or 1 year. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit funds, or place bets. Any active bonuses will be forfeited. Self-exclusion can be activated by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Once activated, a self-exclusion period cannot be reversed until it expires. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Platform:
Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time if we suspect fraud, illegal activity, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the Platform or other users. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or withdraw funds. We will investigate the matter and notify you of the outcome. If the suspension is lifted, normal access will be restored. If the violation is confirmed, your account may be permanently closed.
23naga reserves the right to terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, inactivity for an extended period, or any conduct that we deem harmful to the Platform or its users. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (excluding forfeited bonuses or winnings obtained through prohibited activity) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to the Platform, and any unclaimed bonuses or promotional credits will be forfeited.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, text, images, and other materials available on the Platform (collectively, the "Content") are the property of 23naga or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Content without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 23naga, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any other financial or non-financial loss. We are not responsible for technical errors, server downtime, network failures, or any other technical issue beyond our reasonable control. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 23naga, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account.
These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 23naga is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team. If the dispute remains unresolved, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in the licensing jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 23naga regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to assign or transfer these Terms and any rights or obligations hereunder to any third party without your consent.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of 23naga.
